We're looking for a QA Engineer to join our development team. Your primary role will revolve around maintaining the quality of our cybersecurity product, Arcanna.AI. You will work in an Agile environment and your mission will be to ensure timely releases that are free from any bugs that could potentially disrupt our production or our clients' operations.

• Provide expertise in functional and regression testing
• Design and execute both manual and automated tests (functional and non-functional) to ensure specific quality levels according to the business requirements
• Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team's overall test objectives
• Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable
• Write and maintain integrations and end-to-end tests (Python preferred)
• Document and report test executions and all identified quality issues from different test environments
• Track defects to closure and keep the defect repository up-to-date
• Prepare and present test reports
• Analyze business requirements (user stories) and acceptance criteria
• Proactively bring issues and problems to the attention of the team
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems
• Run regression and automation suite
• Support the definition of test automation concepts for complex implementation and migration projects
• Proactively identify and suggest improvements in our QA procedure/strategy

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience as a QA Engineer
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies
• Experience with bug tracking and test management toolsets
• Technology-agnostic skills
• Capable of finding solutions to complex problems on your own
• Fast learner, able to assimilate new concepts and apply them in existing environments
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus

• IT engineering or computer science diploma is a must
• Software testing certifications and courses are considered a great plus
