Job summary

We’re expanding our sales team and looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR/BDR) who’s ready to dive deep into the world of AI, cybersecurity, and sales strategy, and grow into a full Account Executive (AE) in the near future.

What you'll do

  • Be the first point of contact with CISOs, security architects, and decision-makers.
  • Own both the inbound and outbound prospecting motion, identify, qualify, and engage leads across multiple channels.
  • Use tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn, Clay and others to research and develop target accounts.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategy.
  • Schedule discovery calls, prepare Account Executive handoffs, and support demo readiness.
  • Learn and apply industry-standard sales methodologies (MEDDPICC).
  • Stay current on the latest in cybersecurity and AI innovation.
  • Be available for moderate working overlap with U.S. time zones to support prospecting and meetings when needed.

Who we're looking for

This isn’t an entry-level role, we’re looking for someone who’s seen the sales floor and wants more.

  • 3 - 4 years of experience in B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or a hybrid role.
  • Experience working with sales automation tools (Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc).
  • Strong English communication skills – written and spoken (you’ll talk to international/US buyers daily).
  • Genuine interest in technology, ideally with a background or studies in IT or cybersecurity.
  • Previous experience in the cybersecurity space is a big plus.
  • Curious, ambitious, coachable, and hungry to become an AE.
