We are looking for a talented UI/UX Product Designer to lead the user experience of Arcanna.ai. You’ll collaborate closely with the Product Management and Software Development team members to transform complex technical requirements into intuitive and effective user flows. You’ll own the wireframing and visual design process end-to-end in Figma, helping shape both the look and the usability of the Arcanna.ai.

• Lead the UI/UX design for the Arcanna platform across key product initiatives.
• Translate user and product requirements into wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
• Collaborate with business, product and developers to align the design with user needs and business goals.
• Work side-by-side with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation and smooth user experiences.
• Gather feedback, interview users, evaluate user requirements, identify and fix UI/UX flows.
• Illustrate design ideas using prototypes and process flows.
• Create original graphic designs and visuals.
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
• Define and maintain design systems, components, and platform interactions, keep an identity and style standards on fonts, colors and visuals.

• Experience in product design and UI/UX  with proven work experience portfolio for similar products, especially in the cybersecurity and AI space.
• Experience working closely with product and development teams in an agile environment.
• Ability to balance user needs with business and technical constraints.
• Fluency in Figma and design tools.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders, ownership-driven mindset, results oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality, scalable components.
• Capacity to understand complex systems and offer reliable design solutions to meet user requirements, in a proactive manner.
